William Hoagland

Mr. Hoagland, who currently serves as the Senior Vice President at the Bipartisan Policy Center, served as the director of Budget and Appropriations in the Office of the Senate Majority Leader. From 1982 until 2003, Mr. Hoagland was a staff member of the U.S. Senate Budget Committee, serving as staff director from 1986 to 2003. He also was the administrator of the Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service and as a special assistant to the secretary of Agriculture and at the Congressional Budget Office. He currently is an affiliate professor of public policy at the George Mason University.
